Tutorial Proposal
The conference is preceded by one day of free tutorials for participants who wish to learn state of the art of research relating to the topics of KMO and LTEC. The tutorials will be held on the 24th of August 2026. The conference itself commences on the 25th of August 2026. Invitation for submission to the tutorial can be found in Tutorial Proposal Page.
In addition to the conference, there will be pre-conference tutorials relating to the state of the art in the topics of the conference.
Benefits to Tutorial Presenters
We are offering the following benefits to the tutorial presenters:
1. Free full conference registration.
2. Free accommodation during the conference period.
3. Free airport transfer from/to airport to hotel.
Instruction for Authors
Papers reporting original and unpublished research results pertaining to the above topics are solicited. Full paper and all submissions deadlines are 10th February 2026. These papers will undergo an academic review process. Full paper manuscripts must be in English with a maximum length of 12 pages. All papers are blind reviewed.
IMPORTANT: Please do not include the author(s) information in the FIRST submission of the paper, for double-blind review to be carried out.
Review Process
LTEC 2026 welcomes the submission of papers with reference to the topics listed in the call for papers. All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review by at least three experts in the field, based on relevance, originality, significance, quality and clarity.
Submitting Papers
All papers must be formatted according to the word template, with a maximum length of 12 pages, including figures and references for full papers. Full paper manuscripts must follow the Springer CCIS proceedings format and be prepared using the official Springer proceedings templates (LaTeX or MS Word), available via Springer’s conference proceedings guidelines page. All proposed papers must be submitted in electronic form (WORD file) using the Paper Submission Page https://easychair.org/conferences?conf=ltec20260
*IMPORTANT: Please do not include the author(s) information in the first submission of the paper, in order for double-blind review to take place.
Full paper: 12 pages
Publication
Accepted papers will be included in LTEC 2026 Conference Proceedings. At least one of the authors will be required to register and attend the symposium to present the paper in order to include the paper in the conference proceedings.
The attachment must be in Word.doc format.
Special Issue
Authors of selected papers from LTEC will be invited to extend and revise their papers for submission to the special issue of International Journal of Learning Technology (IJLT) published by Inderscience.

Travelling to the Philippines
We warmly welcome all participants to Manila for the conference at De La Salle University. To help you prepare for your trip, this guide provides essential information on visa requirements, mandatory eTravel registration, airport transportation options, and recommended accommodation near the venue. Visa Requirements
Many nationalities may enter the Philippines visa-free for up to 30 days. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry. A confirmed return or onward ticket may be required. Participants are advised to check the eVISAPH website for country-specific requirements.
eTravel Registration (Mandatory)
All arriving passengers must complete the Philippines eTravel registration before arrival. After registration, a QR code will be issued, which must be presented upon arrival. Registration is free and should be completed within 72 hours before travel.
Airport Transportation (NAIA to DLSU Manila or Hotel in Manila)
The most convenient transportation option from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) is the Grab mobile application . Grab operates similarly to Uber and is widely used in Manila. Estimated fare to De La Salle University (Taft Avenue) ranges between PHP 300–600, depending on traffic conditions.
